Lifeline Pilots – Peoria, IL
Lifeline
Pilots is a non-profit organization established in 1981 in an effort to connect
private pilots with people who needed transportation to medical centers. The
original criteria was emergency, so most of the missions involved organ
transplants. It later expanded to any medical or humanitarian need. There is
never a charge for the service. The first year there were eight missions. In
2012, there were 429 missions. To date, over 7,400 missions have been flown
covering over 4,000,000 miles.

This is God’s Story:
Loving your neighbor is like loving God
We are in the midst
of a great and glorious battle. We have joined the extreme poor in Malawi,
Tanzania, and Zambia in their fight for a sustainable source of safe drinking
water. God has not called the US Marines. He has called us. The Shallow Well
Program is Holy Ground. This is a spiritual journey, one that is life changing.

Kemmerer Village helps the Presbyterian
Church fulfill its responsibility to minister to children and families who face
stress and turmoil in their lives. Kemmerer Village carries out this mission
through its direct services to individual families; and by assisting
individuals to advocate for the needs and rights of children and families in
their community. Services include residential and foster care and counseling. A
variety of interventions are available including equine therapy. Kemmerer
village depends on donations to meet 20% of its annual budget. Your church is
there to support this vital Presbyterian family ministry. You may make designated gifts through First Presbyterian. Memo Kemmerer Village.
